Schedule 80 PVC is heat formed in our custom press to create the Ghurka's shape.
Limbs are laced over in a criss cross diamond formation then enclosed in heavy duty heatshrink, a favourite and original idea of ours.
The extended handle section features a 3 section wrap of veg tanned high grade hide with our decorative punched hole deisgn and heavy duty Indian lace stitching all tooled by hand.
The siyahs feature the same the approach.
The Ghurka features a B-55 dacron bowstring.
