The "Gurkha" PVC recurve bow 100% handmade in Australia - the flagship bow of the Arthur Street Objects PVC bow range.

Arthur Street Objects bows are heat formed in our custom made bow press using high grade Schedule 80 PVC.

Schedule 80 PVC pipe is sourced from the USA and is highly regarded for its superior stability to other PVC substrates due to its heavy wall thickness.

Based on the Mongolian horse bow design, the limbs of the Gurkha are laced and  then enclosed in heavy duty heatshrink, a unique aesthetic native to Arthur Street Objects.

The extended handle section features a 3 section wrap of high grade veg tanned hide with decorative punched holes and stitched all by hand.

We aim to make the finest PVC bows in the world and consider our bows as works of art each with an aesthetic that is unique and one of a kind.
