About the event
Build your own PVC Recurve Bow!
At the workshop you will learn new skills in PVC forming, leatherwork, paint effects
and more while you craft a bow that is uniquely yours!
Workshop Structure
- Introduction
- Form the PVC pipe into a bow shape to make a functional PVC bow
- Stain and finish the timber siyahs
- Apply heat shrink to bow form
- Paint your bow in your choice of colour
- Learn techniques in preparing the genuine leather handle
- Learn bowstring splicing technique and the correct bow stringing methods

Recommended for ages 16 and above, under 16 with parentel supervision
