Arrow cresting is a passion of Arthur Street Objects.
"Cresting" involves spinning the arrow shaft on a lathe of sorts applying enamel paint to create intricate lines and bands of colours with endless combinations. Originally intended to identify the archers arrows, cresting is an art form and a truly meditative practice yielding artworks both functional and beautiful.
We crest Port Orford cedar shafts with genuine turkey feathers and arrow nocks. Available as gift boxed singles with sets of 3, 6 or 12 arrows available.
Our arrow display mounts are similarly stunning pieces of art decor.
